Consignor Information

Entering your consignor information correctly is very important, ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER. Supplying the correct information helps to ensure sold items are credited to the correct consignor, and that you get the extra 10% on your sold items if you help at the sale.   Enter all information carefully, and double check to be sure it's correct.  If you are unsure of your consignor number, see the example:

L-138-ZZJ is the consignor# for this example. Your own consignor#
is printed on all of your tags and also appears in your account when you log into the JBF tagging site.

If you don't know your consignor#, don't guess or make one up. Do not enter your name, phone#, etc. in the consignor# field. Familiarize yourself with your consignor#. You will need it to drop off, pickup and have questions answered about your account.

Drop Off

Consignor drop off is on 4/14: Sunday 5-8pm or 4/15: Monday from 9-12pm.

Select a day that works for you. Children are welcome, but we suggest not bringing them to Drop Off if possible because it may delay the drop off process.  Check in when you arrive and follow the instructions for putting your items on the sales floor.  Please bring your own rack, wagon, cart or other means to get items from your car into the venue (We have a limited number of racks and wagons for consignors to use).

The venue is wheelchair/stroller accessible and on street level. No stairs or elevators necessary! Plan on up to 1 hour for drop off.

  • You can come anytime between 5-8pm. Last items will be collected at 7:30pm.

  • You can come anytime between 9-12pm. Last items will be collected at 12pm.

Unsold Items

  • If you chose to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set. We have relationships with area non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.

  • If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must pick them up by Saturday 4/20 from 1-5pm. No exceptions.

Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to acknowledge that you wish to pick up your items and acknowledge we will not store them for you. It in no way changes what you have printed on your tag.

Unsold items with tags having a "D" in a circle are automatically donated:

  • Items not picked up by 5:01pm are donated to our charity partners. No Exceptions.

Consignor Waiver
Read and click  "I have read and agree to the terms"  box to indicate your agreement.

Please review for updates to our Consignor Agreement as well as Representations and Warranties below:

I understand that there is a sorting shift required for Power Consignors who bring 300+ total items (each tag equals 1 item) that are NOT marked to donate ALL. There are 2 options to choose from for a sort shift, the evening of Friday 4/19 or the morning of Saturday 4/20. Please refer to TEAM MEMBER sign ups on the tagging site to select your shift.

I understand that items that are recalled, off-season, stained, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries may be rejected immediately at drop off and will be returned to the consignor. If those items are pulled once the sale has started, they will be returned to the consignor at pick up. I understand that I may not pick up unsold items early, nor will I ask for an exception.

All items placed on the sales floor requiring batteries must have batteries in working condition. JBF NKC reserves the right to remove unacceptable items from the sales floor throughout the sale (reasons may include but are not limited to: recalled, off-season, broken, stained, missing pieces, non working batteries). I have verified that my items meet the JBF pricing guidelines and are not overpriced for the JBF NKC sale. Overpriced items may be removed from the sales floor.

I also understand that I earn 60% of my gross sales minus my consignor fee. However, if I work at least one 4hr shift I will receive 70% of my gross sales minus a consignor fee.
Consignors who help for more than 8 hours will be reimbursed for their consignor fee after they complete their shift. Reimbursement will be reflected in their eCheck. If I am unable to fulfill my shift, I will find a replacement and call/text Lindsey at 913.424.4025. Consignors who do not wish to work a shift will still receive a paper pre-sale pass to shop early when arriving at drop off. Early shopping for all Consignors starts on Monday, 4/15 at 3pm.

Consignors must pick up (any unsold, non-donated items) on Saturday 4/20 from 1-5pm. I understand that any items not picked up by 5:01pm will be donated to our charity partner. JBF NKC is not responsible for storing any items or reminding me to pick my items up.

I understand that consignor eChecks are sent via email to all sellers within 2 weeks after the sale ends. All checks must be deposited within 90 days. If a new checked is requested after 90 days, there will be a $5 fee.

If a refund is issued to a shopper due to a product not working or missing parts, the consignor will not be paid for this item. It is recognized that "all sales are final" however, superior customer service is also a priority with JBF NKC.

Please note there are changes to item limits and items not accepted at this sale. These updates can be found in the JBF NKC Consignor Guide on our website: nkc.jbfsale.com and on our Facebook Consignor Page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/jbfnkcconsignors/?ref=share_group_link
